Modern not-for-profits know they need to communicate the importance of their cause and their work to local and global communities online if they really want to affect change. But how do you create the content that social media audiences want to see and share? A strong, consistent, engaging social media presence is the key to reaching new audiences, as well as engaging existing friends, supporters and contributors. Leanne Ross is Content Marketer from Ireland. Author of Amazon bestselling book “Talk is Cheap” The Digital PR Your Startup Needs But Can’t Afford”, Leanne spent much of her career managing Digital Communications for charities in the youth, justice and mental health fields. In recent years Leanne has delivered social media training and digital marketing services to companies large and small, as well as guest lecturing on these topics at both the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland and Otago University, New Zealand.

Graphic Designer and photographer, Meg Claridge is on hand for the afternoon to show you how to get more from your images online, the afternoon part of the workshop will be a hands on session, helping you take more interesting images to your market.
